Shipping & Delivery Policy

By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. 

Product Availability
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website; however, in case of non-availability of any product, Vivid India Creations have the rights to cancel the order and refund the money.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Delivery Time
In general, domestic shipments take around 5-7 days. Orders are usually processed within 2 working days of order placement.

We take steps to ensure minimum delays in shipment. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners/transporters due to weather conditions, strikes etc.

Deliverable Pin code
Our courier services can revise their pin code services at any given point of time due to unavoidable circumstances. In such instance, our customer care team will get in touch with you for an alternate shipping address if possible. Vivid India Creations holds the right to cancel the order and refund the amount in case the pin code provided is non-serviceable.

Change in Delivery Address
For delivery address change requests, we will be able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. You need to inform our customer care either through call or email.

Order Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch, through which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made by the shipping provider.

Good & Service Tax
The prices displayed on the checkout page are inclusive of all taxes.

Order Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel your order before the order is shipped. Once your order is shipped you can't cancel it

Product Missing / Damaged Product
If there is a missing / damaged product  during the delivery then  send us a video of the delivery package within 24 hours for proof.

If you find the outer box of your parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Fake Delivery
In case your order is not delivered and it shows delivered in the tracking status contact customer care through email or phone with order id within 24 hours of the notification received.

Shipment Return To Origin
Our courier partner will try to attempt the delivery three times but due to any reason if the parcel is not delivered then the shipment will be RTO by our courier partner.
